One of the most effective ways to create buzz is through viral marketing. Viral marketing is when the public whole heartedly latches on to an idea, product, or person and rapidly dispenses that message to their entire contact list! Viral marketing acts like a virus, spreading rapidly through anyone that comes in contact with it. Although viral marketing creates a large buzz, the buzz is not sustained, and thus should not be used as the only method of marketing.
